Mission:
The Center’s mission is to support single women and women with children as they journey from homelessness to self-sufficiency. We promote self-esteem, confidence, and advanced training that empowers every participant to rebuild and thrive.
Freda Bullock is the Founder and Executive Director of Dorothy Mae Hall Women’s Center (The Center). Ms. Bullock founded The Center in an effort to give back to the community after observing the lack of resources; including affordable housing for low- income families.

Furnishes homes with donated furniture and move-in essentials for families transitioning to stability.
Offers professional attire and career support to help clients prepare for employment.
County services, referrals, and coordinated resources for women and families we serve.
Cake4Kids partners with agencies helping at-risk or underserved youth (1–24) in foster care, shelters, transitional housing, and similar programs.
We welcome financial sponsors, in-kind donations (hygiene items), volunteer teams, and program collaborations.
